Working Details:
Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 per month as per experience
Branch Work Profile:
This position is for an office based telesales branch only.
All employees are female staff members.
There is no public dealing and no walk in customers.
The complete work is internal and system based office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end to end recruitment and hiring of new employees.
Conduct interviews onboarding induction and joining formalities.
Manage complete HR and office administration work.
Maintain attendance records leave management payroll coordination and office expenses.
Ensure office discipline working hours and professional behavior.
Manage office cleanliness water tea and daily administrative requirements.
Provide basic training to new employees regarding work process and office rules.
Conduct weekly monthly and yearly employee performance reviews.
Handle employee grievances internal issues and escalate serious matters to management.
Maintain employee records HR documentation and company policies.
Manage resignations full and final settlements and company asset handover.
Qualification and Experience Required:
Minimum qualification Graduate is mandatory.
Strong experience in HR and Office Administration is required.
Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position.
Skills Required:
Strong computer knowledge is mandatory.
Advanced Excel knowledge is compulsory for attendance payroll and reporting.
Good communication coordination and leadership skills.
Ability to independently manage office operations and an all female telesales team.
