Key Responsibilities
Employee Records:
Maintain accurate digital and physical files, contracts, leave records, and personnel data.
Onboarding/Offboarding:
Facilitate new hire orientations and manage exit procedures.
Payroll & Benefits:
Assist with payroll processing, manage insurance, and handle leave requests.
Employee Support:
Answer employee questions about policies, attendance, and benefits; resolve basic issues.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure company policies align with labor laws and help update documentation.
Administrative Tasks:
Coordinate events, manage office supplies, process expense reports, and handle general office duties.
Recruitment Support:
Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and manage new hire paperwork.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
