Implementation of HR Policies & Procedures
Maintain Accurate & confidential employee records
Ensure daily monitoring of Attendance & timely preparation of Salary.
Ensure compliance of Labour laws / regulations of Shop and Manufacturing unit
Culture building and motivate employees towards the organisational goals.
Address employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance, property tax, water tax, etc
Ensure periodic maintenance and renewal of AMC's of Office Equipment, generators, Air conditioners, Lifts,and Camera.
Ensure office, show room, and guest house are maintained in a clean & hygiene manner.
Plan & ensure the new hires are trained in a proper manner.
Candidate Profile
