Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, leave requests, and personal information.

Manage the payroll process, including salary disbursement, benefits administration, and liaising with benefits providers.

Support recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by monitoring and implementing regulations.

Handle general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.

Assist in preparing HR and financial reports, such as headcount, payroll, and compliance-related documentation.

Provide logistical support for events, travel, and other administrative tasks as needed.
