The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations while also managing office administration and facilities. This role requires a versatile professional who can balance people management with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
Design and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance with labor laws.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, training & development programs, and performance reviews.
Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide effective resolutions.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor management, and facility management.
Ensure smooth coordination for office utilities, housekeeping, security, and general upkeep.
Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and ensure cost-effective vendor negotiations.
Support travel bookings, logistics, event management, and corporate hospitality.
Manage compliance with statutory requirements (licenses, renewals, safety protocols, etc.).
Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, with at least 2 years handling admin responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll, and compliance in India.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
