Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance
Coordinate office administration and vendor management
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Support leadership in strategic planning and organizational development
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR and administrative management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
