- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
