Position: HR & Admin Manager

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Reports To: Director / Senior Management

The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, office administration, and policy implementation to ensure smooth business operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Oversee employee engagement, training, and professional development programs. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Monitor attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, POSH, etc.). Design and execute performance appraisal and reward systems. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administration Management

Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Manage vendor contracts, facility management, housekeeping, and office supplies. Oversee security, health, and safety protocols within the workplace. Organize company events, meetings, and employee welfare activities. Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and office asset inventory. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in HR and Administration roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office systems.
