Position - HR & Admin
Work Location- Santacruz-west
Shift / Work Timings-10.00 am - 6.30 pm (MON-SAT) Alternate Saturday working
? As an HR & Admin Executive - primary responsibility is for hiring of multiple positions in
the
? organisation and employee motivation, overseeing day-to-day operations of the HR and
? administrative department. Maintaining personnel records, managing employee benefits,
? administering payroll, and carrying out HR procedures.
? Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking office expenses and budgets, managing
office
? supplies and stock, and ensuring that the office is properly maintained. You will also be
responsible
? for coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the company.
Qualifications
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
? Experience with payroll administration, employee management, HR policies and procedures,
and benefits administration
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritize effectively
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? A problem-solving attitude with an ability to work under pressure
? Experience with coordination and project management is a plus
? Experience with HR software is a plus
? Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build relationships with
employees at all levels
