We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Manager - HR & Administration

to oversee all aspects of facility management, general administration, statutory compliance, and internal support operations. The ideal candidate will manage both people and processes to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment across departments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:Administrative & Facility Management:



Facility Management:

Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and fully functional. Coordinate facility maintenance and repair activities.

Office Supplies & Equipment:

Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies. Oversee maintenance and service of office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, etc.

Internal Operations Support:

Conduct site/location visits for assigned tasks. Provide operational support across departments.

Record Keeping:

Maintain physical and digital records, including documentation, agreements, and databases.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings/appointments/events. Arrange travel bookings for employees - flights, hotels, transport, etc.

General Administration:

Support sales and service teams as per brand SOPs. Assist in the execution and maintenance of lease/vendor agreements.

HR & Statutory Compliance:



Security & Manpower Oversight:

Monitor daily manpower deployment and control over security personnel. Review and manage agreements and payment schedules related to manpower services.

Compliance & Factory Maintenance:

Ensure physical compliance with

MPCB

and other statutory factory requirements. Coordinate physical readiness for infrastructure audits.

Liaisoning:

Maintain effective communication with

local authorities

for approvals and clearances.

Supplies & Services Monitoring:

Track and replenish office stationery, employee uniforms, safety shoes, housekeeping supplies, and security service requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and liaison abilities Working knowledge of statutory and compliance frameworks Proficient in MS Office tools and admin software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
