Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and organizational policies.
Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation.
Supervise office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination.
Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Support senior management in strategic HR planning and decision-making.
