Job Description

HR Operations Management:



Key Responsibilities:



Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and exit formalities. Ensure consistent HR service delivery and adherence to organizational policies across all operational locations.

Labor & Workforce Handling:



Manage labor-related matters including workforce planning, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. Maintain healthy relationships with external labor suppliers and ensure deployment efficiency. Monitor statutory compliance including ESI, PF, gratuity, and contract labor laws.

Employee Relations & Engagement:



Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams including frontline/logistics staff.

Logistics Operations Support:



Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align workforce availability with demand cycles. Support training and performance monitoring of logistics/delivery associates from an HR perspective.

Recruitment :



Oversee Talent acquisition for operational and internal roles as needed. Participate in mass hiring drives, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives when required.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in senior role.

Preferred:

Exposure to logistics, warehousing, recruitment, or delivery-based operations is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
