Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities



1. Human Resource Management



Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company objectives. Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality. Handle onboarding and induction for new employees. Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives. Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution. Conduct performance appraisals and support department heads in goal-setting and evaluation. Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Support training and development programs for skill enhancement and career growth.

2. Administrative Management



Manage company facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations. Supervise procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment. Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and utilities. Handle vendor management and service contracts (rent agreements, maintenance, etc.). Manage travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests. Maintain records for assets, inventory, and administrative expenses. Coordinate with government bodies, local authorities, and compliance agencies when required.

3. Policy & Compliance



Ensure company's compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. Maintain updated records of licenses, agreements, and legal documents. Support internal and external audits related to HR and administration. Implement safety, health, and environment (SHE) policies within the workplace.

4. Strategic & Reporting Functions



Prepare monthly HR and Admin MIS reports for management review. Contribute to manpower planning and budgeting. Align HR strategies with organizational goals and performance metrics. Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and CSR activities.

5. Other Responsibilities



Promote a positive and ethical work culture. Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and government offices when necessary.
