Hiring MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR with 8 years plus of experience in Recruitment & Administration. Experience in manufacturing & Corporate required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for staff, supervisory, and leadership positions.
Manpower planning in coordination with business heads and plant leadership.
Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract quality talent.
Maintain recruitment MIS, cost analysis, and hiring cycle time metrics.
Coordinate with consultants, staffing agencies, and educational institutions.
Drive initiatives to improve teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
Manage and standardize the end-to-end employee onboarding process to ensure timely, compliant, and seamless integration of new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Communication
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, surveys, and action plans.
Improve internal communication mechanisms across levels and locations.
Support leadership in change communication and employee alignment.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Develop, implement, and standardize HR policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.
3. Compliance & Governance (Support Role)
Ensure HR processes align with labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Support audits, inspections, and statutory compliance from a people-process perspective.
Maintain proper documentation, policies, and SOPs related to people management.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
