Create and implement HR policies and processes suitable for our growing company
Plan and lead recruitment across departments and locations
Design KRAs, roles, and appraisal systems for each department
Supervise HR Executive and coordinate with all department heads
Maintain employee records, joining and exit processes
Organize employee engagement, training, and internal communication
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and culture building in the team
Prepare monthly HR reports and submit to directors
Support management in future branch hiring and planning
Leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Good command over MS Office and email communication
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
