Drive performance management, appraisals, and career growth initiatives.
Organize training programs, employee engagement & R&R activities.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and workplace culture.
Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
Manage administrative budgets, travel arrangements & asset tracking.
Supervise office security, supplies, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
