to oversee the human resources and administrative operations of our manufacturing unit in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes, compliance, and factory administration within the glass or manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain employee records and attendance systems.
Manage payroll processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and HR documentation.
Oversee performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day factory administration including housekeeping, security, and facilities management.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Support management in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Handle time office, canteen, transport, and accommodation arrangements where applicable.
Compliance & Industrial Relations:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and local statutory requirements.
Maintain liaison with government departments and local authorities as required.
Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration / related field.
3-5 years of HR & Admin experience in a
manufacturing or glass industry
.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
