Manage employee relations, grievances, and legal compliance.
Oversee performance reviews and staff training.
Maintain HR operations, payroll, and policy implementation.
Routinely participate in complex and high-level negotiations within the Institution and with external academic bodies such as Universities and National Boards.
Lead preparation activities for university and board inspections, including readiness for accreditation and compliance audits.
Follow up with the Accounts Department regarding timely collection and reconciliation of student fee payments
Work with administrative teams to provide students with academic and career guidance.
Assist students in course selection, career planning, and educational goal setting
