Key Responsibilities:
1
. Management and Retention of Top corporate for the region.
2. Reports on top corporate/insurance companies/brokers to be reviewed with Leadership Team and proactively act on issues before escalations.
3. Fulfilment of SLAs of top stakeholders for the respective region.
4. Oversee timely submission of MIS reports to Insurance Companies/Corporate etc.
5. Relationship with HO of Insurance Companies, Brokers etc...
6. Service fees collection for the region if required.
7. Oversee department functions like the Customer Care, Claims, Contact center and related functions.
8. ISO requirement for customer care and grievance.
9. Responsible for P&L for the region by retain Cleint.
10. Team Management and team building which includes
Regular interaction with the team
Training the team
Handling escalation from the team.
Periodic review of the team and feedback to be shared with the team.
Experience required:
Experience: 7-10
years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles in TPA or Health Insurance Industry only will be preferred
Only Health insurance and TPA company
Personal Attributes and Competencies:
Strong verbal, written, presentation and persuasive skills that effectively communicates with and influences Senior management and external clients.
Experience of making and developing strategies
Strong negotiation skills that demonstrate creative, innovative problem-solving approaches to complex situations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
