JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER - WAREHOUSE
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6-8 YEARS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. MANAGE DAY-TO-DAY WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS TO ENSURE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING.
2. PREPARE MIS, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW.
3. COLLECT, PREPARE, AND ANALYZE OPERATIONAL DATA FOR DECISION-MAKING.
4. UTILIZE ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS FOR DATA MANAGEMENT, REPORTING, AND ANALYSIS.
5. LEAD, GUIDE, AND MOTIVATE WAREHOUSE STAFF TO ACHIEVE TARGETED EFFICIENCY LEVELS.
6. OVERSEE STOCK CONTROL, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, AND ADHERENCE TO OPERATIONAL
PROCESSES.
7. COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE TIMELY COORDINATION AND
ISSUE RESOLUTION.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT.
PROFICIENCY IN MS EXCEL (ADVANCED), REPORTING, AND DATA ANALYSIS.
PROVEN ABILITY TO LEAD TEAMS AND DRIVE EFFICIENCY.
STRONG COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION SKILLS.
