Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of analysts or data scientists to deliver high-impact business insights. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and generate business recommendations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence. Strong command of SQL and experience working with relational databases. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling. Solid foundation in Statistics (regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, etc.). Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests . Proficiency in Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros, complex formulas). Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
