We are seeking a Finance & Accounting (F&A) Strategy & Solutions Expert to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role is a strategic and analytical role focused on understanding F&A capabilities, solutions, and market trends for Communication, media & entertainment clients (CME). The candidate will collaborate with internal F&A teams, analyse financial solutions & evaluate F&A capabilities, conduct market research, understand client needs, identify opportunities for strategic alignment, build transformation (RPA/AI) tools and contribute to business strategy.

Must have:



Determine the essential finance and accounting needs for the Communications, Media, and Entertainment (CME) industry.

Create and improve finance and accounting solutions for clients that meet industry best practices and business requirements. Help create marketing materials, presentations, and solution frameworks to showcase F&A services. Assist in planning and executing outreach strategies, campaigns, and implementation plans to promote and use F&A solutions for clients.

Good understanding of ERPs (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and financial reporting systems like Blackline/Microsoft Dynamic 365/Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a must.

Experience in Transformation & Digital Enablement:

+ Building/developing digital tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, analytics, workflow tools)
+ Identify opportunities for process transformation and deploy the tools across O2C, P2P, R2R, Tax, FP&A, and other core finance functions.
+ Participate in solutioning exercises and business case preparation for digital transformation initiatives.

High level of computer proficiency with proficiency in power point presentations and excellent MIS skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.


Qualification:



7+ years of experience in finance & accounting strategy, market research, financial analysis, or a related role. Prior experience in business strategy, financial solutioning, or consulting.

Exposure to working with F&A teams, analysing financial solutions, and market research

Ability to analyse market dynamics and align them with business objectives. Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MBA (Finance), Postgraduate in Statistics/Business Mathematics or a related field

Understand basics of finance operations, including O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, financial reporting, compliance.

Prior experience in all General Ledger Process, Month-end Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Lease, Project Accounting and Capex is a plus. Experience in design, development, and deployment of RPA and AI solutions across key F&A processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R) using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as Python, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs is a plus. Data analysis and visualization using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detailed understanding of financial policies, procedures, and best practices. Understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence and financial risk assessments is good to have.

Evaluate current financial workflows and suggest improvements using solutions, services, industry trends, accelerators, and automation to benefit clients and improve offerings.
