Increasing the COC (Count of Customers) for his Brand in the region with the help of the local segment RM (Relationship Managers) Team.
Generating leads for their brand based on market research and Principal connect.
Assisting the RM Team to close high value quotations.
Providing regular training to the Segment Technical team and local segment RM to improve their selling capability.
Ensuring GP (Gross Profit) target for the brand is achieved.
Ensuring inventory turnaround as per set targets for the local stock warehouse.
Maintain good PR as he is the face of the company with the local Principal Brand team.
Having a strong commercial sense to ensure stock management, GP (Gross Profit) and sales are balanced.
Relationship management with the local Principal Brand team to ensure that they consider the BRM (Brand Relationship Manager) to be their team member in VISL.
