Responsibilities
----------------------

Strategic Leadership:*

Develop and execute the strategic vision for global mobility operations.

Align mobility strategies with organizational objectives and policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Operational Oversight:*

Oversee the delivery of global mobility services, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Manage the entire life cycle of international assignments, from pre-assignment planning to repatriation, relocation assistance

Resolve high-priority escalations and manage vendor relationships.

Stakeholder Management:*

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize mobility services.

Provide regular updates on mobility trends and strategic recommendations.

Innovation and Compliance:*

Drive adoption of technology to enhance mobility processes.

Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and legal regulations.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve the global mobility program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Relevant years of experience in mobility operations, with some years in leadership managing teams.

Expertise in global mobility tools

Understanding of Immigration and compliance laws globally
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of managing large-scale mobility programs.

Experience in managing vendor partners for Mobility

Certifications in global mobility management or leadership.
Key Skills and Attributes:

Strategic vision and leadership abilities.

Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in mobility analytics and process optimization.
