Graebel is looking for an International Operations Manager responsible to effectively plan, organize and lead the functions of Regional GMII International Operations team.

Develops effective service mechanisms and provides leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and to
meet business plan objectives. Organizes and ensures required human resources and physical assets
required to achieve planned objectives. Manage, develops and coach operations team in order to achieve
expected employee satisfaction. Contributes to the profitability of the forwarding operations through
effective administration of all processes. Ensures regulatory enforcement and safety compliance.

PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee day to day operations, including coordinating team coverage, providing technical
assistance, and solving problems as they arise to ensure maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and
quality in servicing international shipments for GMII and its customers
2. Responsible for team achievement of KPI's, for on time and accurate data in order to achieve
expected data quality in operational systems (RITS, DMS)
3. Responsible for team management of moves also in line with OFAC regulations and restrictions
4. Responsible for meeting financial targets (Regional Net Operational Income, E&O target in line
with Business Plan)
5. Acting as a main point of contact for internal stakeholders in matters related to Operations team
6. Manage, develop, motivate, and discipline employees to maximize their performance
7. Responsible for expected achievement of employee satisfaction (eNPS), working closely with
team to ensure they meet employee engagement scores
8. Responsible for implementation of new services and new clients within Regional GMII Operations
9. Manage service escalations with transferees, customers, and vendors
10. Orient new employees, train employees in necessary skills and develop employees for additional
responsibilities
11. Manage office functions in absence of Regional International Operations Director GMII/
International Operations Senior Director GMII/ Vice President International Operations GMII
12. Provides coverage to GMII International Operations Supervisors who are out of the office.
Includes coordinating shipments as needed
13. Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested
