Manager - Holiday Sales
to lead, scale, and optimize our travel vertical.
This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the Holidays division (Domestic & International)
Drive sales performance through effective planning, targets, and conversion strategies
Oversee itinerary design, pricing strategies, profitability, and cost controls
Manage and mentor a team of Holiday Consultants; conduct training, reviews, and performance monitoring
Handle key client relationships, escalations, and high-value/customized travel requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transporters, and suppliers
Negotiate contracts, special rates, and exclusive partnerships
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging destinations
Oversee CRM, enquiry management systems, and sales pipelines
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and social media strategies
Ensure compliance with company processes, service standards, and brand values
Represent the company at industry events, supplier meetings, and networking forums when required
Eligibility Criteria:
Location:
Nashik-based candidates preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years in the travel & tourism industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage cross-functional coordination
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools, and costing sheets
Business Acumen:
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Knowledge Base:
In-depth knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations, visas, and travel logistics
Travel Flexibility:
Willingness to travel for familiarization trips, supplier meetings, and operational requirements
Personality:
Confident, solution-oriented, and client-focused with strong presentation skills
