Youll make a difference by:
xc2xb7 Responsible for providing expert guidance and support to team
xc2xb7 Manage key stakeholders from the business including HRBPs, line of business HR managers and key representatives
xc2xb7 Lead the design and implementation efforts in optimizing and automate HR processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
xc2xb7 Lead, motivate and manage a team. Responsible for recruitment, training and development, talent management, staff performance reviews
xc2xb7 Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
xc2xb7 Query Management: Addressing employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR-related matters
xc2xb7 Re-engineering the existing HR processes to build efficiency, accuracy, appropriate controls and reduce dependencies
xc2xb7 Review HR processes in line with the audit requirements and suggest improvements.
xc2xb7 Build and help build SOPs for various HR processes
xc2xb7 Payroll Support: Providing necessary data and information to the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
xc2xb7 Supervising HR operations deliverables such as, ticket resolution, vendor contracts, onboarding, offboarding etc
xc2xb7 Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations
xc2xb7 Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like WorkDay, SAP will be an added advantage
xc2xb7 Knowledge of labor legislation for ME Regions
xc2xb7 Liaising with external partners, including insurance vendors
xc2xb7 Experience using spreadsheets
xc2xb7 Organizational skills
xc2xb7 Familiarity with reporting and analytical tools is an added advantage
xc2xb7 Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
xc2xb7 Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
xc2xb7 Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Your success is grounded in:
xc2xb7 Minimum 12-14 years of Experience
xc2xb7 Thorough knowledge of computer literacy, including MS Office
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
xc2xb7 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of global markets
xc2xb7 Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlines
xc2xb7 Reliable and resilient, experience of dealing with challenging situations
xc2xb7 Able to work constructively in a matrix organization
xc2xb7 Organizational skills
xc2xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills
xc2xb7 Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field
