Lead, mentor, and manage an initial team of five specialists. You will be responsible for hiring, performance management, training, and fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Operational Management:
Oversee the centralization and streamlining of core functions, including back-office administration, accounting, finance, HR, IT, and revenue cycle management. You will be the single point of contact for all operational matters in Chennai.

Process Standardization & Optimization:
Design, implement, and enforce standardized policies and procedures to eliminate operational inefficiencies, ensure consistency, and enhance service delivery.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Develop and manage a robust framework of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure productivity for the entire organization in Africa.

Strategic Liaison:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Chennai team and our leadership in Southern Africa. You will ensure seamless communication, project handovers, and strategic alignment with the broader business goals.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all operations meet stringent quality standards and comply with all relevant industry regulations and requirements, safeguarding the integrity of our services.

Strategic Planning:
Actively contribute to the strategic phased approach for the center's growth, including laying the foundation for future expansion into advanced analytics and clinical back-office functions.
