Roles and Responsibilities

Manpower planning to ensure availability of adequate manpower every day. Focus on productivity enhancement, productivity analysis and preparation of reports. Review quality parameters and quantity of claims processed and prepare data analysis
reports. In case of claims denials, revalidate and reconfirm.

Ensure at prevention of recoveries by improving quality of claims processing. Support recruitment and performance appraisal of the team members. Provide training to
new members on various aspects of claims processing such as policies, terms &
conditions etc. Share updates regularly with the members.

Prepare/ review claims process documents and SOPs. Address escalations/ grievances from customers. Interact with Insurers, brokers to resolve
issues which are subjective.

Provide knowledge transfer and training of new joiners. Handle adjudication of claims whenever needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,100,000.00 per year
