Description:

1. Health screening of new entrants.

2. To review and record the periodical check-up of all employees.

3. To advise the employees of deviations observed in periodical medical check-up for further medical investigation.

4. To maintain and update health records.

5. To ensure availability of required Antidotes, Injections, and Medicines.

6. To upkeep the medical equipments in Occupational Health Center.

7. To arrange the replenishment of first aid items.

8. To identify medicine requirement, procurement and maintain stock of medicines.

9. Provide medical treatment and assistance to employees for illness and accident reported during working hours.

10. To provide the first aid and health related training to employees.

11. To arrange the medical camps etc.

12. To coordinate the health related activities with Govt. authorities, Medical professional bodies and NGOs.

13. To arrange special medical tests as PFT, ECG, Eye vision and pathological tests as per requirement.

14. To coordinate with Industrial Hygienist for testing of occupational health hazards.

15. To perform other duties assigned time to time by seniors.
