Employee Health & Wellbeing Lead Role Our Employee Health and Welbeing mission is to integrate H&W into the everyday employee experience, a key foundation to our evolving culture. Responsibilities: Employee Health & Wellbeing Lead in the development and delivery of an effective Health & Wellbeing strategy, its annual action plan and emerging priorities, across the health dimensions (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) Ensure wellbeing is embedded in the employee lifecycle and future planning. Manage the design, administration, evaluation, implementation, and delivery of Health & Wellbeing Programmes/activities to enhance staff wellbeing, improve employee engagement, and support the success of the People and Organization Strategy. Establish, monitor and report Key Performance Indicators relating to evaluation of wellbeing programs and deliver key health & wellbeing outcomes. Analyze employee engagement data, interpret the data and offer recommendations to inform decision making. Lead and project manage the research, conceptualization, design, development, evaluation and implementation of new programs based on needs assessment involving review of health data, medical claims data, HRA results, analysis of existing programmes and services, and gap analysis. Identify key external partnerships to meet current and emerging Haleon India health and wellbeing needs. Effective management monitoring of existing & new vendors to ensure safe, effective, and quality based service delivery. This includes driving vendor efficiency, responsiveness, innovations, customer satisfaction & ensuring continuous improvement processes are built-in & the norm. Lead and advocate proactively, health and safety initiatives and promotion including: Vaccination for flu and travel Partnership for Prevention Life Saving Rules (with EHS) Continual engagement for Culture Change Promoting & embedding the evolving CH EHW & EHS strategies Lead wellbeing advocate networks and ensure relevant upskilling training is made available and that the networks are organized, deliver effective evidence-based results for staff wellbeing. Build the right learning approach to improve awareness on key areas like ergonomics, nutrition etc and prepare recommendations for e-learning training packages for senior leaders, managers, staff and wellbeing networks. Stakeholder Engagement: This role will work across several corporate functions (EHW, HR, EHS, Workplace Solutions). This role will need to be effective working with various stakeholders - comfortably navigating through matrix arrangements. Work with HR internal leads including Culture, Values, Engagement, Learning & Development and Diversity and Inclusion to develop and deliver a range of staff wellbeing training courses to managers, staff and wellbeing networks. Work with internal communications team to raise awareness of the staff wellbeing and to ensure communication materials are cascaded through relevant comms channel. Collaborate with Regional Health Promotion Leads for demand planning and to ensure the effective planning and delivery of programmes. Skills: MBBS/ bachelor\'s degree in medicine Minimum of 5-7 years of Demonstrable experience designing and deploying health and wellbeing programmes aligned to the needs of employees and the business Experienced in developing, implementing & embedding employee engagement/wellbeing strategies & programme development, oversight, vendor management &/or delivery in a large diverse work setting Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication (written and oral) skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders Consulting skills including the ability to influence and engage fully with senior stakeholders, understand customers\' needs, demonstrate how health and wellbeing can help meet those needs and the ability to work collaboratively to develop a strategy Vendor management capabilities, business acumen, contract and negotiation experience to ensure service delivery and value for money EHS The role will also need to s upport the 3rd party partner with key elements of the EHS agenda including: Ensure Haleon EHS and EHW standards compliance, gap analysis and Independent Business Monitoring Continual support of Driver Safety Program Emergency Response and Evacuation Plan development and Incident support New hire health and safety training/orientation Office Ergonomics, individual and organizational risk assessment Ensure local and remote commercial office AED and first aid training Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
