We are seeking a seasoned Manager to shape and oversee the creation of marketing assets and design collateral across print and digital platforms. In this leadership role, you will define and drive the creative direction for design projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand identity. You'll mentor, manage, and lead a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that encourages creative problem-solving and continuous learning.
You'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive visual communication strategies. Managing resource allocation, budgets, and workflows, you'll maximize team efficiency and output. You will evaluate and adopt emerging design technologies, mediums, and methodologies, keeping the team at the forefront of industry trends. Applying advanced Generative AI tools, you'll elevate the quality, efficiency, and innovation of complex design projects.
As the representative of the design function in strategic planning meetings, you'll set quality standards and present creative solutions to senior leaders and account teams.
Work Responsibilities

Mentor, manage and lead (if required) a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Define and drive the creative direction for design projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand identity.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive visual communication strategies.
Oversee resource allocation, project budgets, and workflow processes to maximize team efficiency and output.
Evaluate and adopt new emerging design technologies, mediums, tools and methodologies to keep the team at the forefront of industry trends.
Apply advanced Gen AI tools and platforms to elevate the quality, efficiency, and innovation of complex design projects.
Represent the design function in strategic planning meetings and contribute to leadership decision-making.
Set quality standards and present creative solutions to senior leaders and account teams.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), BSc. in Visual Communication, or related field.
12+ years of progressive graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing creative teams and delivering large-scale design projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with emerging digital design platforms.
Understanding of creative Generative AI platforms
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing design teams; ability to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
Experience developing and implementing brand strategies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and problem-solving skills.
Experience in recruiting and developing creative talent.
