Job Description

o Create visual aspects of marketing materials, reports, PowerPoint decks, blogs, websites, publications, and other media. o Put together disparate elements of a design created by other designers, such as icons, photographs and other components necessary for a digital/print design. o Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric professional services environment with an Entrepreneurial spirit . o Maintains a high level of knowledge on tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the team's work stream. o Strong research, synthesis, ideation and visual storytelling skills. Strong ability to present information in a concise, insightful, structured and provocative manner, both in written and oral forms. Strong ability to the power of design to stakeholders from varied backgrounds. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail . o Supports firm brand, understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by MSC and branding guidelines. o Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current client workload . o Maintains technical knowledge by joining online design groups and communities and reviewing professional publications Experience with Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) MS office, expertise in Word and PowerPoint o Create and maintain high-quality visual content for the company brand in both digital and print communications and other collaterals . o Must have a superior understanding of the fundamental concepts of graphic design principles. o Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information. o Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, and engage stakeholders effectively. o Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field. o You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously o The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
