Duties and Responsibilities - -To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in - Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment - Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement - Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product. -Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

? Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. ? Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales ? Good Selling skills ? Good Interpersonal skills.
