Overview:

PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization has been established to drive PepsiCo's Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions. Within the S&T organization, we are building our Change Center of Excellence. The Change COE enables the S&T strategic agenda by providing CM expertise supporting PepsiCo's "Big Bets." The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change talent.

To enable this purpose, we are looking for a

Change Management Manager

with change expertise and proven experienced supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project. This role will work with key stakeholders across programs, and focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities.

Program/Project Specific Details:

PepsiCo's S&T Digital Procurement (DP) team aims to simplify and streamline the work of Procurement teams and associates, allowing them to focus on building strategic relationships with suppliers and drive long-term transformation. The objective is to transform the countless hours spent gathering information into valuable time partnering with suppliers, driving innovation, reaching sustainability goals, and mitigating supply risk.





The Digital Procurement Change Management Manager will play a key role in the strategy enablement, culture transformation, and process and tool adoption of this new transformational capability across PepsiCo.



The primary responsibility for this role will be formulating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans to help embody the mindsets and behaviors needed for a successful rollout of the new global E2E process. The CM COE, Manager, for Digital Procurement will execute all facets of organizational change. This includes assessing change readiness, engaging stakeholders, developing and executing communication and training strategies, creating and delivering training outline and content, identifying quick wins, crafting success and inspirational stories, promoting process and tool adoption, enabling new ways of working, and, if necessary, contributing to organizational design.



This role will be reporting into the S&T Sr. Change Manager for Digital Procurement and is responsible to lead and coordinate a smooth change journey in partnership with key stakeholders among global and sector Procurement teams and cross-functional partners.


Responsibilities:
Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption. Leads the change management for global functional teams including setting change strategy and managing change related project plans. Role will manage all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization Oversee the communication strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop communications plans Oversee the training strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop training plans Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization Develop strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery Ensure change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded Drives, monitors and manages change workstream delivery - ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams. Manages change related interdependencies across workstreams within the project

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field required; Master's Degree preferred Minimum of 5-7 years industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint etc.

Desired Characteristics:

Change Management Professional(TM) (CCMP) or Prosci Change Practitioner certification strongly preferred Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items Experience with business transformation and change management Experience in Project Management (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment) Experience or exposure to Organization Design, Process Re-Design, Learning & Development / Instructional Design preferred. Strong consultative and diagnostic, problem-solving skills Ability to work through organizational complexity Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage and influence others Strong analytic skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
