The Commvault Legal Department has an exciting opportunity primarily focused on global immigration legal regime. This position would provide advice and counsel on immigration matters to our internal Human Resource professionals and other business representatives worldwide. The role would be responsible for working alongside the Associate General Counsel - Talent & ESG, Human Resources department and other business leaders in the management and handling of all global legal immigration related matters in the Company. How you will make an impact: . Delivering as a central point of contact in supporting all employees, business units, and human resources team in a fast-paced environment by providing a high level of service and consultation to immigration inquiries which may include, but not be limited to case analysis, immigration policy changes, PERM filing, I-140 petitions, renewals, dependent processing, and international work permits. . Participate in and influences the decision-making process with appropriate clients and stakeholders. . Identify and assess legal risks and opportunities within the legal aspect of Immigration issues and advise accordingly. . Independently execute and handle legal aspect of immigration matters and projects ranging from basic to complex. . Maintaining proper record of files to facilitate compliance, documentation and execution of immigration policies and procedures. . Educate clients and stakeholders on changes to immigration policies, law and procedures. . Advocates Commvault\'s interests in assigned matters. . Establish and maintain relationships, credibility and trust with clients, stakeholders, legal team members and other colleagues. . Support the Human Resources department with updating policies and drafting new policies and keeping the team apprised of new law related to our policies and relevant immigration law. What you need to be ready: Must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited university. Must have 6 (six) to 8 (eight) years of work experience with a minimum of three (3) years\' experience in Immigration practice. Committed to being a legal business partner to internal clients.
