Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and fine-tune GenAI models for text, code, images, audio, or multimodal applications. Work hands-on with LLMs and foundation models for specific enterprise use cases. Lead the development of GenAI-powered applications, agents, and copilots. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, engineering, domain experts) to identify and solve high-value use cases. Guide R&D on GenAI trends, model benchmarking, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices. Own delivery from PoC to production-grade implementation, including performance, scalability, and cost optimization. Mentor teams and contribute to building a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE).

Required Skills & Experience

7-10 years of total experience, with strong recent exposure to GenAI and foundational models. Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models. Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and APIs. Proficient in Python and libraries. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs. Exposure to vector databases * Familiarity with cloud-native GenAI capabilities.
