We are seeking a experienced and strategic Senior Manager, HR Operations with 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR operations. This role will lead and manage the day-to-day HR operations functions, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and exit processes. The role demands someone who can adapt to varying organizational cultures and navigate complex, evolving situations.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Offboarding Process Management:
o Lead and streamline the offboarding process for employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition during resignation, retirement, or termination.
o Collect valuable insights from post exit interviews feedback, using this information to drive continuous improvements and enhance the employee experience.
o Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Admin and other stakeholders and other teams to ensure timely and effective offboarding, including system deactivation, asset recovery, and full and final settlements.
2. Employment Lifecycle Management:
o Coordinate with HR teams to manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
o Ensure proper documentation and compliance for promotions, transfers in alignment with organizational policies.
o Streamlining Time & Absence process for PAN India PPS Sites
o Partner with HRIT team to ensure all employee data is accurately captured and maintained.
3. Payroll Inputs Process:
o Oversee and manage the collection, validation, and processing of payroll data for
BHR's / Site HR's across the organization
o Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs such as attendance, earnings, deductions,
reimbursements and other payroll-related activities.
o Work closely with the Payroll workstream and HRBP's teams to resolve discrepancies
and ensure payroll accuracy.
o Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all payroll-related information.
4. Compliance and Audits:
o Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies related to operations, offboarding and payroll.
o Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits to ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.
5. Team Collaboration & Reporting:
o Lead and mentor a small team within HR Operations (GEEC) to drive process improvement, streamline activities, and ensure team members are adequately trained.
o Prepare and share governance decks and report for monthly meeting with stakeholders
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Participate in continuous improvement projects
o Continuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations activities for the processes managed.
o Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitization to improve the overall employee experience
