Role: Manager - Fundraising, Hyderabad
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: Up to 10-12 LPA
Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Manager- Fundraising to secure funding from diverse sources, manage donor relationships, and ensure transparent reporting. This leadership role requires strategic planning, strong networking, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising & Partnerships

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure funds from corporates, charitable foundations, HNWIs, and crowdfunding support.
• Research, write, and submit compelling proposals and grant applications.
• Diversify funding sources through innovative fundraising approaches.

2. Donor & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build long-term relationships with corporate sponsors, foundations, and government agencies.
• Develop donor engagement plans, maintain accurate records, and create impact reports.
• Organize donor meetings, networking events, and appreciation initiatives.

3. Grant & Financial Management

• Manage the full grant lifecycle--identification, submission, fund allocation, and reporting.
• Ensure transparent fund utilization and compliance with donor requirements.

4. Communication & Brand Positioning

• Collaborate with marketing to create fundraising communication materials(brochures, reports, newsletters, social media campaigns).
• Represent NSF at corporate meetings, fundraising events, and industry conferences.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor the fundraising team to achieve revenue goals.
• Work with the Board of Trustees and program teams to align fundraising with organizational vision.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in fundraising, business development, or donor relations in the nonprofit sector.
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field. (preferable)
• Proven success in securing large-scale grants, CSR partnerships, and corporate funding.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Experience in digital fundraising and crowdfunding is a plus.
