Job Description

We are seeking a Product Development Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience in full-stack development, solution architecture, and stakeholder management. This role demands a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of SDLC principles, .NET technologies, and AI/ML-driven innovations, along with strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What you will be doing:

Full-Stack Product Development & Engineering

Lead

end-to-end SDLC

, ensuring best practices in

design, development, testing, and deployment

. Architect and develop

scalable, high-performance applications

using

.NET, C#, Python, , Node.js, Angular.

Working knowledge on AI/ML capabilities, including

LLMs, NLP, and data analytics

to enhance product offerings.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Work closely with

business leaders, product teams, and engineering teams

to align technology with business goals. Lead and mentor

cross-functional development teams

, fostering a

collaborative and high-performance culture

. Manage

release timelines, resource allocation, and agile development workflows

for timely delivery.

Technology & Innovation

Stay at the forefront of

AI, ML, and cloud technologies

to drive product innovation. Implement

best coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps strategies

to enhance efficiency. Optimize system architectures to support

scalability, security, and performance

What you will likely bring:

12+ years

of experience in

full-stack development and software engineering

. Strong expertise in

.NET, C#, Python, Node.js, Angular

. Proven track record in

leading development teams and managing stakeholders effectively

. Deep understanding of

SDLC, software architecture, cloud platforms (Azure), and DevOps practices

. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Experience with

AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and NLP-based solutions
