Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Should Be Costing (SBC) of


- Assly Fixtures, Testing Gauges, set up for Line assly, Leakage testing, EOL (End of Line) fixtures & SPM


- Suitable for Automobile assly parts, Mechanisms, DAC (Brakes, Steering, Cooling), Electrical & Electronic assly



Work with Design, Engineering, SSU, CDMM, Tier one and Toolmakers for optimum tool solution.


Support Sourcing to identify cost reduction opportunities in tooling cost negotiation


Set MHR for Tool Room machines, Raw Material & BOP lists


Develop STD estimation cost models for tools & generate data base


Support business requirements to Adhere time line requirements for the estimations
