Key Responsibilities
Supervise front office operations and staff performance.
Oversee guest check-in/out procedures and resolve escalations.
Ensure accuracy of reports and billing using IDS PMS.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Train and mentor front office staff.
Employer Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
5+ years of front office experience, including managerial roles.
Proficiency in IDS or similar PMS.
Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
