We are hiring a Front Office Manager to lead and manage all front desk operations in our Thane property.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage front office staff and daily operations.
Oversee reservations, guest services, and check-in/check-out procedures.
Ensure compliance with service standards and policies.
Handle escalated guest issues and resolve them efficiently.
Prepare front office reports and manage budgets.
Employer Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
4+ years' experience in front office management.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and guest relation abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software IDS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
