Oversee and manage all front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out, excellent service standards, and efficient coordination with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office staff (reception, concierge, bell desk, reservations).
Ensure prompt, professional, and guest-focused service at all times.
Handle guest complaints, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
Train, schedule, and motivate the front office team.
Monitor room reservations, occupancy, and revenue reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
Maintain front office budget, expenses, and inventory.
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
4-6 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of PMS (Opera/Fidelio or similar systems).
Guest-oriented, well-groomed, and professional.
