Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of Manager - Freight Audit and Payments (Logistics & Transportation) This role will support to develop, coordinate, and manage execution of client invoice audit process for freight payments. He/She is going to be a resource and a coordinator for multiple stakeholders, tools, processes, and templates and will interact frequently with Logistics specialists, vendors and Sourcing leaders. He/she will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Responsibilities Create a global project plan, put toll gates and dates against each action and deliverables Proactively coordinate with internal-external stakeholders regularly to track and monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Facilitate trainings/workout(s) as needed across geographies for clients' customers on new platform Develop and design the cook book/details of freight provider set ups for testing and real-time usage of invoice audit platform in various client sites Resolve invoicing issues, Freight spend analysis , SOA for each carrier Responsible to be function lead support post implementation Travel to site if required to coordinate Qualifications we seek in you!
