Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development:
Identify and appoint new franchise partners in unrepresented areas, ensuring network expansion.
Maintain and support existing franchises across multiple states through regular visits and performance reviews.
Business Promotion & Marketing:
Collaborate with the local marketing team to plan promotional activities and database collection initiatives aligned with company strategy.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Target Setting & Performance Review:
Set course-wise enrollment targets for centres, review performance periodically, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
Revenue Growth:
Drive annual revenue and enrollment growth for assigned centres in line with the company's financial goals.
Outreach & Presentations:
Conduct presentations and seminars in schools and colleges to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Academic Monitoring:
Understand school and college-level course structures to ensure quality academic delivery and compliance with company standards.
Royalty & Compliance:
Oversee royalty collections from assigned centres and ensure adherence to statutory accounting practices.
Recruitment:
Identify and recruit qualified marketing and academic staff as per company norms.
MIS & Reporting:
Maintain accurate MIS and reporting systems, providing valuable insights to centre management.
Professional Conduct:
Represent the company professionally while liaising with Centre Directors, School Principals, University Officials, and senior education professionals.
