Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis

Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being objective and a business partner, leading collaborative efforts, and efficient planning and analysis that supports our key business decisions.

Analyses business trends; leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with our business leaders. Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-marking around strategic business initiatives. Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis. Able to clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results. Builds financial models and scenarios as a key input for business planning decisions in areas such as resource selection/deployment, non-Salary expenses, etc. Handles annual budget processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational efficiency. Aligns' budget to business strategies and gains alignment from business partners. Performs customer and product profitability analysis and makes investment and pricing decisions. Finds opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and a more favourable mix (i.e., driving preferred products and services). Identifies and executes upon operational improvement opportunities. Demonstrates proficiency of technical tools and financial systems. Serves as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective, safeguarding our company's assets. Ensures controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected.
Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting: Ensuring annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and analysis requirements are achieved accurately, completely, and on a timely basis. Connect with Business partner and various cross-functional teams to ensure the data is prepared and presented accurately. Review the financial statements and provide a view regarding Revenue, OPEX, and EBITDA across Business Units and/or functions. Financial Analysis & driving profitability: Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year, etc) Audit & Controllership activities: Facilitating audit & ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. MIS reporting: Publishing various dashboards to the leadership team. Revenue & Cost accruals: Monitoring month/quarter-end book closure activities. Ensuring revenue & cost is booked timely and accurately. Potentially support multiple functional leaders in managing their budgets Periodical analysis of Plan vs. Actual performance of the business. Be compatible with the Business Accounting teams and internal partners to resolve issues. Drive FP&A process ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements - KPI Process Mentoring - involving in building SOP, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team.
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Postgraduate / MBA Finance Relevant experience in FP&A role Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP ERP modules relevant to the role, with the ability to navigate, analyze, and execute business processes within the SAP environment. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Solid understanding of Hyperion, Oracle, SAP. Strong analytical skills. Strong ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.


Preferred qualifications

Experience in use of analytical tools like Power BI as well as visualization tools like Tableau, etc.
