We are looking for experienced FP&A professional who have expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing/FMCG/ Optical/ Pharmaceutical or Medical devices industry with strong business understanding in both B2B and B2C markets. Preferably worked at a corporate level handled multiple businesses/entities financial reporting and analysis.

Your Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, South Asia; you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders and be part of global initiatives if needed.
Main responsibilities:

• Prepare Annual Budgets, quarterly forecasts, involve other departments, prepare timelines.
• Analyze and explain monthly performance review, sales, Gross Margin, Operating Income (EBIT), NWC, OCF. Bridge to Budget and LY
• Prepare Monthly Business Review Deck with detailed explanations, bridges, walks.
• Gross Margin analysis at customer / product level for all oracle entities, identify, highlight, suggest improvement plans.
• Work with Sales Head on Pricing for new / existing products, sales schemes, and related profitability.
• Review of commercial agreements for new customers, review prices and indicative margins
• Daily Sales dashboard from Business Intelligence, distribute, provide comments.
• Cost saving projects review and link with P&L
• Work with Head Strategy on competition analysis, market trends.
• Work on automation project to simplify complex FP&A work
• Business Intelligence development (Cost center reports / NWC)
• Key accounts and Customer ledger reconciliation, Customer master data management
• Collection forecast, collection follow-up and Credit note working, validation etc.
• Validation of customer/distributor claims etc.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• 5+ years and above working experience in FP&A, Sales controlling, Business controlling, - from FMCG/ FMCD, Medical devices/ pharmaceutical industries.

• NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

INTERNAL: This role will be working closely with colleagues from across the Sales teams, marketing, operations, customer service, finance-collections, Human Resources
EXTERNAL: This role will be managing multiple external stakeholders

• TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University

• Chartered Accountant (CA).

• CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Educational Background: CA with competency in business controlling, FP&A, Reporting

• LANGUAGES:

• Proficient in English and multilingual is preferred.
