Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage

annual budgets

, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans

Conduct

variance analysis

by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts

Analyze financial performance, profitability, costs, and key business drivers

Develop and maintain

financial models

to support business decisions and scenario planning

Prepare

management reports, dashboards, and presentations

for senior leadership

Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment evaluations

Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business performance

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reporting

Assist in month-end and quarter-end financial review processes

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong financial analysis and modeling skills

Proficiency in

Excel

and financial planning tools (ERP, BI tools, or FP&A software)

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines

Business acumen and strategic thinking

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

Professional certifications (CA, CMA, or MBA) are an added advantage

Experience

FP&A Manager: 3+ years of experience with leadership responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
