to handle the end-to-end management of our seller accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience in product listing, returns management, claims, labeling, and day-to-day operational tasks related to e-commerce selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings across Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Handle returns, customer claims, and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
Coordinate labeling, packaging, and order processing activities.
Monitor and manage daily order fulfillment and shipping schedules.
Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions.
Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and performance metrics.
Analyze sales reports and provide insights for improvement.
Communicate with support teams of each platform for issue resolution.
Supervise inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing seller accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho.
Strong knowledge of listing, labeling, return handling, and claim procedures.
Familiar with backend dashboards and seller panels of major marketplaces.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of daily operations.
